When submitting work to our dental laboratory, please complete and return a lab form for each job.

When sending impressions, you can download a Freepost label (allow 3 extra days). Please plan appointments with the required lead times in mind. Requested dates should be at least one day before the patient’s appointment and may change if more time is needed.

Remember Bank Holidays and collection times. Special requests must be discussed in advance.
